Managed Care Participating Provider Agreements

NYSDA and the American Dental Association's Contract Analysis Service provides a free legal analysis of participating provider agreement contracts. The analysis provides a blueprint for your discussion with your attorney about a managed care contract you may be considering and will highlight those clauses in the contract that may be problematic or ambiguous. Contract analyses are provided for any unsigned participating dentist agreement. Contract analyses are objective and do not address specific areas of New York State law. It is important that any dentist considering such contracts negotiate and review the terms of the contract with a competent attorney.

NYSDA members also have access to a Legal Services Panel.
